Richard Warke is a Vancouver-based Canadian business executive with over 40 years of experience in the international resource sector. In 2005, he founded the Augusta Group of Companies, recognized for an exceptional track record of value creation in the mining sector.
From 2006 to 2018, Augusta Group founded, managed, and funded three world-class mineral discoveries: Ventana Gold, which discovered the La Bodega deposit in Colombia (over 10 Moz gold; sold for $1.3B in 2011); Augusta Resource, which advanced the Rosemont copper project in Arizona into one of the largest U.S. copper deposits (sold for $667M in 2014); and Arizona Mining, which discovered and grew the Hermosa–Taylor deposit into one of the world’s top five primary zinc deposits and the largest in the U.S. (sold for $2.1B in 2018).
In 2017, Mr. Warke co-founded Equinox Gold, now a major mid-tier gold producer with operations in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., growing to a market cap exceeding $13B. In 2019, Solaris Resources joined the Augusta Group, where under his leadership the Warintza Project in Ecuador was revitalized and its resource increasing more than 45-fold to 5.8 Bt, with the company now trading at a market capitalization of $1.7B. Solaris relocated to Switzerland in 2024 and is no longer an Augusta Group company, though Mr. Warke remains Chairman.
In 2020, Augusta Group and Barrick Gold became cornerstone shareholders of Augusta Gold Corp. (formerly known as Bullfrog Gold Corp.), strengthening its leadership, advancing the Bullfrog Project, and acquiring the fully permitted Reward Project. The company was acquired by AngloGold Ashanti in 2025 for $200M.
Presently, the Augusta Group comprises of private businesses and public companies, including Titan Mining Corporation, a zinc concentrate producer and emerging natural flake graphite supplier in New York, and Highlander Silver Corp., which is advancing the high-grade San Luis gold-silver project in Peru.

Ms. Adiani is a law graduate from the University of Oxford and the University of Sheffield. Kevin Hart is an executive with over two decades of experience in mineral exploration, development, construction and operations, with a focus on both base and precious metals. A Chartered Professional Accountant, he has held senior leadership roles in finance, administration and governance for publicly traded companies listed in both Canada and the United States.
Most recently, Kevin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Inca One Gold Corp., where he oversaw gold processing operations in Southern Peru. Prior to that, he was the Corporate Controller at Asanko Gold Inc., where he played a key role in the successful development and construction of the Asanko Gold Mine in Ghana, West Africa. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked with several companies under the Hunter Dickinson group, including Farallon Mining, which developed and built the G9 Mine in Mexico and was sold to Nyrstar in 2011 and Taseko Mines, which successfully restarted the Gibraltar Copper Mine in Williams Lake, BC and has been in operations for more than 20 years.

Purni Parikh has more than 25 years of public company experience in the mining sector including corporate affairs and finance, legal and regulatory administration, and governance. She is President of the Augusta Group of Companies, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of its member companies including Highlander Silver Corp., Titan Mining Corporation and Augusta Gold Corp. She is credited with seeing through the various M&A transactions in the Augusta Group from start to finish including the acquisitions of Arizona Mining Inc. for approximately $2.1 billion in 2011 to South 32, Augusta Resource Corporation for $667M in 2014 to Hudbay Minerals, Ventana Gold Corp. for approximately $1.6 billion in 2011 and the three-way merger of Newcastle Gold Ltd. in 2017 resulting in the creation of Equinox Gold where she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Parikh obtained a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto and a Gemology degree. She has also completed course work at Harvard Business School, holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and has worked extensively with boards.

Joel Rheault joined Titan Mining Corp in 2018 as General Manager of the Empire State Mine in New York State as part of the team that reactivated mining in the historic Balmat Zinc district. He was appointed to the role of Vice President of Operations in March 2024.
Mr. Rheault has over 30 years of experience building and operating mines in North America, South America, and Europe. He has been involved in various start-ups including Eskay Creek in Northern BC, Manantial Espejo in Argentina, and the Olympias Mine in Greece. He has experience with precious metals, base metals and Uranium working with major companies like Barrick and Homestake as well as Pan American Silver and Eldorado Gold.
Mr. Rheault holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Jenny Hood has 20 years of mining industry experience leading supply chain and commercial strategies across publicly traded and private-equity-backed companies. Most recently, Ms. Hood served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Compass Minerals, where she led the fire retardant business unit and supply chain strategy across customer experience, logistics, integrated business planning and procurement. In previous roles, Ms. Hood has led industrial sales and international and domestic shipping programs. Ms. Hood holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in technical writing from Christopher Newport University.

Matthew Melnyk is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG) with over 25 years of mineral exploration experience across the Americas, Africa, and Australia. He has played integral roles in major discoveries and acquisitions including the Navidad silver deposit in Argentina, acquired by Pan American Silver, and the Fruta del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador, acquired by Kinross. He served as Manager of Project Evaluations for Agnico Eagle's Southern Business Unit from 2015 to 2018, identifying district scale opportunities across Latin America.
Mr. Melnyk has worked across a broad range of commodities, deposit types and stages for companies including Agnico Eagle, Titan Mining, ATHA Energy, and Silver Bull Resources. His strengths lie in structural geology, mineral systems analysis, and project evaluations, having taken several projects from grassroots exploration through to successful acquisition. Mr. Melnyk holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a B.A. in Geology from SUNY Buffalo.

Tom Ladner is General Counsel for the Augusta Group of Companies, including Highlander Silver Corp., Augusta Gold Corp., Titan Mining Corporation, and Armor Minerals Inc. Mr. Ladner was most recently Vice President Legal at Solaris Resources Inc., where he held that role since 2020. Prior to joining the Augusta Group, Mr. Ladner practiced law in the Securities and Capital Markets group of a major Canadian law firm. Mr. Ladner has advised on multiple M&A transactions valued in excess of $1B and more than 30 public market financing transactions with an aggregate value of more than $1B. In 2024, Mr. Ladner was a finalist for both the Western Canada General Counsel Awards and the Canadian General Counsel Awards “Tomorrow’s Leader Award.” Mr. Ladner is also on the strategic advisory board of Eloro Resources Ltd. Mr. Ladner has his Honors in Business Administration (with distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and his Juris Doctor from Western University.

Donald R. Taylor is the recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s (“PDAC”) 2018 Thayer Lindsley Award for the 2014 discovery of the Taylor lead-zinc-silver deposit in Arizona. He has 30 years of mineral exploration experience with precious and base metals on five continents, taking projects from exploration to mine development. He has worked extensively for large and small cap companies, including Arizona Mining, BHP Minerals, Bear Creek Mining, American Copper and Nickel, Doe Run Resources and Westmont Mining Company. Mr. Taylor is a Licensed Professional Geologist in several eastern and western states and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Missouri at Rolla.
